Government of the Russian Federation decrees:

 

1. To approve the federal target program "Scientific and scientific and educational staff of innovative Russia" for 2009 - 2013 (hereinafter - the Program)

 

2. The Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Finance in the formation of the draft of  federal budget for the following  year should included the programs in the list of federal target  programs, which should be funded from the federal budget.

 

3. Recommend to the executive authorities of the Russian Federation for the adoption regional target programs for 2009 - 2013 to take the regulations of the Program into the account.
