Radiophysical problems of complex measuring systems

A.S. KorotkovDirector - Professor Alexander Stanislavovich Korotkov

Project: "Development of the analog-to-digital and digital integrated components with extended range of operating frequencies and low power consumption"

The project deals with the synthesis of analog-to-digital converters and basic digital logic devices according to the criteria of expanding the band frequencies, while minimizing the power consumption with clock rate up to 100 - 200 MHz and resolving power up to 8 discharges.

The proposed circuit solutions are focused on implementation according to CMOS technology with minimum standards of 180 nm. In the construction of the main circuit blocks, it is suggested to use the MOS transistors control principle in the pass transistor logic).
